Incarnation
Incarnation
Incarnation explores the moment when the immaterial becomes embodied. The Nativity is presented not only as a sacred event, but as a threshold between light and matter, spirit and physical presence.
The image is built through thousands of carefully placed beads whose reflective surfaces transform with changing light. From a distance, the composition reads as a unified sacred scene; at close range, it reveals a dense material structure of individual beads, textures and subtle transitions of colour.
This dual perception — image and material — is central to the work. The viewer moves between the spiritual narrative of the Nativity and the tangible physical presence of the bead embroidery itself.
